Two layers of rich, dense chocolate cake with a cream cheese and chocolate chip filling baked into the batter, then filled with chocolate buttercream. |
Gateau Citron
Vanilla sponge cake moistened with lemon syrup, layered with tangy lemon curd and lemon mousse. |
Raspberry Bavarian
Vanilla sponge cake moistened with rum syrup, filled with raspberry preserves and vanilla Bavarian cream. Bavarian cream is pastry cream (custard) lightened with whipped cream. |
Carrot Cake
A moist cake made with fresh grated carrots, but without nuts and raisins for easier slicing. Cream cheese icing is the filling, and can be used to ice the outside of the cake. |
Summer Fruit
Vanilla sponge cake moistened with rum syrup, filled with assorted fresh fruit folded into Bavarian cream. |
Strawberry & Cream
Vanilla sponge cake moistened with rum syrup, filled with sweetened real whipped cream and sliced strawberries. |
Chocolate Mousse
Vanilla sponge cake moistened with rum syrup, filled with rich chocolate mousse. |
Moka
Vanilla sponge cake moistened with Kahlua syrup, filled with one layer of chocolate mousse and one layer of coffee pastry cream. |
